AC Vitals Alarm

AC Vitals Alarm allows the player to set a Minimum Health, Minimum Stamina, and Minimum Mana Threshold and choose a sound to be played when that threshold has been crossed, thus warning the player that they are running low on Health, Stamina or Mana.
